By using this public website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these website terms.
2. Informational content
Website information is provided for general information and may be corrected, updated or removed as projects develop.
3. Intellectual property
Hearthlight branding and original studio content remain protected. SoundSmith and Emma the Bard are Hearthlight projects. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
4. Creator ownership
Hearthlight does not claim ownership of creator work merely because someone uses SoundSmith or contacts the studio.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement, impersonation, malicious automated access, or attempts to interfere with the site or its supporting systems.
6. External links
Linked services such as YouTube and Ko-fi operate under their own terms. Hearthlight is not responsible for external-site content or availability.
7. Availability and liability
The studio aims to keep information and routes useful, but maintenance, errors and interruptions can occur. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change as the website develops. The updated date identifies the current version.
